Q: Who are we?

A: Candy aka Kawaiistarz is a designer/illustrator based out of Florida. She runs the shop along with her partner Alex who is a mechanical engineer and handles all the technical things like wrestling with 3D printers and everything else that goes way over Candy's head.

Q: Do you attend any conventions?

Yes! Check out our convention schedule.

Q: Do you do bulk orders / discounts for bulk orders?

A: We aren't quite setup do to bulk orders at this time as we have limited quantities of most products, but please contact us with details and quantities on what you're looking for and we might be able to give you a discount for a large order! HelloThere@Kawaiistarz.com

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: It depends on the product type plus shipping speed chosen.
